Our residential and nursing services offer a variety of accommodation and support creating bespoke residential placements, able to meet a wide range of needs.

Our services are led by a team of highly experienced Registered Care Managers, who ensure the staffing teams within Shelton Care have the values needed to provide excellent care.

Prior to admission each service user is assessed to ensure they are offered the most suitable service to their needs, ongoing service reviews mean that the support and services we provide people adapt and develop as needs change.

Our residential homes are all unique and offer a diverse range of services to meet the needs of the individuals they support; however at the heart of all of them is a commitment to provide a safe, secure and loving environment in which people can flourish.

We pride ourselves in our supportive culture, we actively encourage continuing professional development (CPD) with all our staff. The organisation continues to develop it’s facilities on campus within the staff training centre.
